Shipping and returns

Prices on the website include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is require to be applied to the product under UK VAT law.

Delivery of a single book will be by 2nd class UK Royal Mail all other charges will depend upon weight at the time of shipment and also the delivery address, for all latest Royal Mail prices and Royal Mail International for non UK addresses, please see the website at www.Royalmail.com for current applicable prices.

Precise delivery times may vary.

Please note for items being sent to countries outside the UK and EU all relevant, insurance, shipping and duties will be charged to you the buyer so please contact us before ordering for a quote info@elandembooks.com.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If a product is not in stock we will email you with availability information so that you may decide to cancel if you no longer wish to proceed with the order.

Unwanted products must be returned unused and unopened within 14 days to El & Em Books at your own cost. Please email us info@elandembooks.com to confirm the cancellation and send to El & Em Books, 13 Dornton Road, London, SW12 9NB. Please retain proof of postage until you receive a refund or our response confirming receipt. None of this will affect your statutory rights, in the usual way.
